The communication that controls the ev charging program conforms to ICE61851 or SAEJ1772 ev standards.
In line with DIN EN6071560715 standard guide rail installation requirements.
The output of the relay is used to connect the switched load contactor.
The operation status of the car interface is displayed by LED lights.
Charging process sequence
3.3.1initialization
After the working voltage is switched on, the module starts to initialize and conduct functional self-test (LED light flashing cycle), waiting for the car to connect.
When the module waits for the charging cable to connect with the vehicle (status A), the LED continuously flashes blue light; If it has been connected to a cable matching the controller ((state B), the LED changes to a stable blue light and activates the interlock. After the interlock, if the vehicle is in state C, charging will activate P1/P, LED turns stable green. If It display state D(ventilation is required), since the controller has no heat dissipation function, the interlock will fail and the device will no longer be charged, and the LED will turn into stable red light. In the state of E and F, the interlock shall fail and the device shall not be charged, and the LED shall not be lit again.
In the failure state, the P1/P2 interlock is disabled and the LED turns red and continues to blink.
3.3.3 The car’s charging status
A:The car is not connected/charged
B:The car is connected/ready to charge/not charged
C: Car connection/charging status/charging completion
D: connection/ventilation requirement/uncharged
E:Short circuit/bad connection at charging point of EV/unavailable power supply/other power supply problems/uncharged
F:Power unavailable/other power supply problem/not charged
Ventilation requirements
Warning: Harm will occur when charging
In the absence of ventilation, there may be a risk of asphyxiation due to the accumulation of battery-related gases during charging indoors. If the charging process is carried out indoors, forced ventilation should be installed. The charging pile controller does not have the function of forced ventilation.
